1. To enjoy the benefits of Polycom HD Voice when using the phone in the headset mode, you must use a wideband headset. 

2. Most software-enabled features and capabilities must be supported by the server. Please contact your IP PBX/ Softswitch vendor or service provider for a list of supported features.
3. Requires SIP version 3.0.2 RevB or higher.
4. Requires BootROM version 4.1.0 or higher.
5. Universal power adapter not included in the PoE version (P/N: 2200-12670-025)

CÁC QUY ĐỊNH VỀ BẢO HÀNH

(Có hiệu lực kể từ ngày giao hàng)

Công ty GP TC MINH KHANG tuân thủ theo các điều kiện của nhà sản xuất.Ngoài ra còn có các quy định riêng như sau:
Điều kiện được bảo hành:

 Phiếu bảo hành còn trong thời gian còn hiệu lực
 Tuân thủ đúng kỹ thuật theo yêu cầu nhà sản xuất.
 Các thiết bị có dán tem bảo hành của công ty MINH KHANG.
(Tem còn nguyên vẹn, không bị cạo sửa hoặc có tem khác dán đè lên)
 Hư hỏng được xác định không phải lỗi của khách hàng. 

Các trường hợp không được bảo hành:

 Một trong các điều kiện không đúng
 Thiết bị đã được sửa tại nơi khác không do MINH KHANG ủy quyền
 Hư hỏng do thiên tai, hỏa hoạn, côn trùng, nguồn điện không ổn định
 Các lỗi do người sử dụng không đúng hướng dẫn, tự tháo máy, sửa máy, tự chỉnh sửa, bảo trì không đúng quy định.
 Các phụ kiện tiêu hao quá trình sử dụng như băng mực, trống từ, hộp mực, đầu kim, băng xóa, băng từ…
 Không giải quyết mọi mất mát thiếu đủ hàng hóa khi khách hàng đã ký nhận lại hàng.
 Các lỗi phần mềm(bao gồm cả sản phẩm cài đặt theo máy và cài đặt sau này…
 

Trách nhiệm bảo hành của công ty MINH KHANG:

 Thiết bị còn trong thời gian bảo hành sẽ được sửa chữa hoặc thay thế theo đúng quy định của nhà sản xuất.
 Thiết bị hư hỏng phải gửi lại Công ty được bảo hành và hoàn trả máy tốt trong thời gian từ 02 đến 15 ngày tùy theo mức độ hư hỏng.
 Không giải quyết mọi lý do đổi hoặc trả lại thiết bị nếu không vì lỗi của nhà sản xuất yêu cầu.
